Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using bradfederman.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Brad Federman in connection with his speaking, writing, and consulting work, and with PerformancePoint LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Booking inquiries

Submitting the booking form is a request to discuss a possible engagement. It is not a confirmed booking and does not create a binding contract. Engagements are confirmed only through a separately executed agreement.
