Submitting the booking form is a request to discuss a possible engagement. It is not a confirmed booking and does not create a binding contract. Engagements are confirmed only through a separately executed agreement.

Downloadable resources (such as the speaker kit) are provided for your personal reference and to help evaluate an engagement; they may not be republished or redistributed without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
